Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data is collected on the isalis.ai website, why, for how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller
The controller for data collected on this site is SUNDATA LAB, reachable at hello@isalis.ai.
Data we collect
When you fill in the demo request form, we collect the following data:
- Full name
- Work email address
- Company or agency name
- Status (brand or agency) and industry
- The content of your message, if you write one
Why we use it
This data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your demo request
- Prepare a session tailored to your industry
- Follow up with you as part of this business exchange
Legal basis
Processing is based on SUNDATA LAB's legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries addressed to it, as well as, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative (Article 6.1(b) and 6.1(f) GDPR).
Retention period
Data collected via the form is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies or a contractual relationship is established in the meantime.
Who has access to your data
Your data is accessible only to SUNDATA LAB's sales and technical teams authorized to handle demo requests. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. It may be shared with our technical processors (hosting, email tools) strictly to the extent necessary for their service.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., a company based in the United States and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. Requests sent through the demo form are relayed by the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co) before reaching our mailbox.
Cookies and audience-measurement tools
This website uses two audience-measurement tools. Vercel Analytics does not set any cookies and cannot identify individual visitors; the data collected is aggregated and limited to traffic statistics (pages viewed, traffic source, approximate country, device type). The website also uses Google Analytics (Google LLC), which sets audience-measurement cookies to analyze traffic and browsing behavior; these cookies allow visitors to be distinguished and are kept for a maximum of 13 months. Data collected in this way may be processed by Google LLC, including outside the European Union, under appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses). You can opt out of this tracking at any time by disabling cookies in your browser settings or by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). One other piece of technical information is stored locally in your browser (local storage, never sent to our servers): your display language preference.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access to your data
- Right to rectify inaccurate data
- Right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing
- Right to data portability
To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@isalis.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority.
Security
SUNDATA LAB implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
