A real estate agency or a developer can produce more content for social media by handing the hook copy, the formatting of visuals from real photos, and the adaptation of launch posts for a new-build programme to an AI content assistant. Property data (price, size, location, energy rating, fees) is still entered and approved by the agency.
Why is listing volume a challenge for a real estate agency?
Listing volume is a challenge because a real estate agency handles several properties in parallel, each of which must be presented on the listings portal, on the website and on social media. According to Notaires de France (report published in December 2025), the number of existing-home transactions over the twelve months to end of September 2025 was estimated at 921,000, up nearly 11% year on year. A recovering market means more listings to present, and so more content to produce with the same team.
Online presence is already well established in the sector. According to Insee (Insee Références, 2025 edition), 85% of real estate companies with a website use it to present their listings and prices, and 65% of French companies with 10 or more employees have a profile on a social network (2023 ICT survey data). The difference between agencies therefore lies less in their presence than in how regularly and how well they post.
What can an AI content assistant take off a real estate agency's plate?
An AI content assistant mainly lightens repetitive writing and formatting tasks, based on the file information the agency supplies. The method is to enter the exact data once, then let the tool adapt it into formats.
- Social media hook copy: a short version for Instagram, a more descriptive version for Facebook, an investor-oriented version for LinkedIn.
- Visual formatting: carousels and short videos built from real photos of the property, in the agency's colours.
- New-build programme launch: a post sequence (announcement, neighbourhood, amenities, booking opening) consistent with the developer's identity.
- Expertise content: advice for sellers, the steps of a sale, explaining diagnostic reports, which build the agency's credibility.
- Posting calendar: spreading posts over several weeks to avoid quiet periods.
What I often see while building Isalis is that agencies post heavily right after winning a new listing, then nothing for weeks, when a steady pace would do more for their local reputation.
Which listing information must never be generated by AI?
Property characteristics must never be generated by AI: size, number of rooms, price, fees, location, energy rating and diagnostic results. This information must come exclusively from the actual file and be checked by a person before publishing.
This information is regulated. The Institut national de la consommation notes that the order of 10 January 2017 requires transaction professionals to state in their listings the price including and excluding fees, the amount of fees charged to the buyer expressed as a percentage, and the property's energy performance rating. An AI-written text that omitted or approximated these disclosures would expose the agency to risk. This article is not legal advice: check your obligations against the applicable regulations or with specialist counsel.
How should validation be organised between the AI and the agency?
The safest setup strictly separates what the AI writes from what the agency certifies, with human validation before every publication. The table below sets out this split.
| Content element | Role of the AI assistant | Role of the agency |
|---|---|---|
| Hook and tone | Writes according to the agency's brand DNA | Adjusts if needed |
| Visuals and short videos | Formats the real photos supplied | Supplies the photos, refuses any misleading retouching |
| Size, rooms, location | Reuses only the data entered | Enters and checks it against the listing agreement |
| Price, fees, energy rating | No generation | Enters, checks and approves the mandatory disclosures |
| Publishing | Suggests a calendar | Approves every post before it goes live |
Isalis's human validation workflow is configurable: an agency can, for example, have property posts approved by the agent handling the listing, and brand content approved by management.
What budget should an agency or developer plan for?
The budget depends on content volume and the number of networks targeted, but a dedicated tool remains far more affordable than hiring. Isalis plans range from €19 a month (Starter) to €199 a month (Scale), with intermediate tiers at €45 (Pro) and €99 (Business), plus credit-based pricing. An independent agency can start on an entry-level plan, then move up if it adds networks or launches a new-build programme. Sector-by-sector usage details are on the Isalis sectors page.
In short, 3 questions
Can AI write a complete real estate listing? AI can write the hook and the formatting, but the price, fees, size and energy rating must come from the file and be approved by the agency.
Which real estate content should be automated first? Per-network variants of property listings and recurring expertise content, which take time but involve no new sensitive data.
Can a developer use the same tool for a new-build programme? Yes, provided the launch sequence is built from approved programme information and human validation is kept before every post.
And in your agency, how many properties are currently shown only on the portals, for lack of time to feature them on social media?
